What started with a peach has grown into a global food system revolution. We’re transforming food and farming from the ground up, restoring flavour and diversity back into our diets. In 2020, we connected over 459,000 households and 1, 600 restaurants to consciously-farmed, phenomenal produce, sourced from a growing network of over 400 farmers, growers and producers.
With hubs in London, Paris Milan, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles and Copenhagen - as well as our own regenerative farm in Cornwall - it’s the people on the ground who shape Natoora. Our collective, diverse experience comes together over a shared commitment to exceptional flavour and a better future for food.
A revolution is a movement. It is not passive. In order to change the way the food system works, we need to act.
Human relationships are the single most important part of our supply chain. They impact flavour more than any other environmental or circumstantial factor that we face.
The care that goes into growing incredible produce needs to be reflected throughout the supply chain. We put that same level of care into everything we do.
Our Perks reflect who we are as people - global citizens with distinct regional identities. At its core is getting together over phenomenal food - with two parties a year, quarterly get togethers organised by our Natoora Socials team and Seasonal Sessions that delve deeper into the people and produce that represent the future of food and farming.
When it comes to straight-up Perks, we have core global benefits that apply no matter where you work, with hub variations that pick up on what’s going on in the local community.
- Cost-price fruit & vegetables - we don’t profit from sales to our own team members
- Your birthday off
- Subsidised lunch - made with the same seasonal produce we supply to chefs
Much of our senior management started out in our warehouses, stores and on delivery runs. Every single day at Natoora is different. Take every opportunity to drive change and make each one count.
